Our House
Our estate is situated 1,054 meters (3,458 feet) above sea level on the southern slope of the Ramsau valley. It stands alone in a small tributary valley. An official document from 1386 mentions "Conraden Leopoldsauer" as the owner of the estate, to whom the name can presumably be traced back. Since then this property, which has been used for agriculture and forestry, has been in our family for more than 20 generations and today offers you four new, comfortable apartments.Imbedded in meadows, woods and the mountains of Berchtesgaden National Park you will find absolute tranquility and seclusion. You will actually see nothing but nature, without any street noise, presenting you the best conditions for relaxation and regeneration. Despite our extraordinary location, reaching us in winter is no problem if you have winter tires. For many wanderings you can leave the car at our parking lot and even some restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, as well as the skiing region of Hochschwarzeck.
