Expecting more from your holiday than relaxing? We offer a variety of freetime activities:In addition to many scenic hikes and hillwalks you can chose from there is also the skiing-region of Hochschwarzeck, suitable for the whole family, and within walking distance. A natural toboggan run of 3 kilometers length (aprox. 10,000 feet) ends close by our doorstep and you can, of course, loan a sled from us. A cross-country ski run is located 800 meters (2,600 feet) from our house. Even if you are interested in archery you can loan the necessary equipment from us and use our home made targets. If needed, we will provide you with instructions and advice. There's a table tennis table and our playgound near the edge of the forest is particularly popular among our young visitors. The fireplace makes it an ideal location for picnics. Also attached to our estate is a romantically situated cottage only half an hour away at and altitude of about 1,300 meters (4,300 feet). You can use it for barbecues during summer or as a destination for snowshoeing in winter.
